1972 - 1976 My own bike the day it blew. Sponsorship still needed please. 1972 Bonnevile 750 cc Morgo conversion. Wideline featherbed triumph (easy rider) forks. Gas flowed head with racing valves, High comp pistons, polished riods and crank. Dunlop triangulers. A very pretty bike. very seldom beated by anything similar and often a good match for those f***ing triples and commandoes. But this raced against TZ750 Yam's!!! Thanks to Alastair Olver, Steve and Tim. Sid and Ann Hann for the help and not taking any money for living and putting up with me! Thanks also go to Geoff Monty ( for selling it to me), Barry Sheene ( for scaring me), Alan Dudley Ward ( for tuning it), Joe Dunphy (for stopping it). For Lance Capon and Mike Shoesmith for giving me the bug and Bob Moor for taking me onto his team when I lost it all after it blew and I was a poor student having to find beer money at University. Oh and I spose as this is Dave Degens site to Dave for producing the ultimate Triton which I could not afford. Oh yes and to Paul Smart, without who I probably would not have blown it up!
